Thanks for the 5 stars! It wouldn't convert the file I had downloaded it for. To be fair it might be an issue with the file itself. The installer altered all video file associations, replacing thumbnails with the company logo. For a trial product limited to 10 uses, this is cheeky. It also installed a plugin for Firefox without permission. When I uninstalled the product, wondershare video converter ultimate download, the thumbnails were still missing necessitating a system restore to fix the issue.
